This was my first time looking at condos and I had no idea what to expect price wise. When the starting price said $224,000 and pre-sale they were offering $25,000 towards the purchase (not sure in which way) I thought this was in my budget but when I got to the interview and the sales associate told me a 2 bedroom unit is $352,000 for 900 sq ft and $0.33/sq ft maintenance fees/month, i didn't even continue the appt as I was totally shocked. but again, I had no idea what to expect or how much condos go for. Aaron, the salesman, did not push me to stay and suggest that maybe by 2017 when the units are done being built maybe I could afford it then or anything, so no high pressure sales

Our main obstacle is that we are in our mid seventies & waiting until the finish product of 2017 is not acceptable for us because of many reasons.

Paddie was excellent to deal with, very knowledgeable and friendly. I am not purchasing due to fact i find the building too large, but if I was I would be happy to deal with her
